What makes my food special is the story and emotion infused into every bite. I want people to feel a sense of warmth, surprise, and delight when they taste my creations. If I had to pick one or two dishes that truly represent me, they would be my signature chicken & waffles and the lamb skewers. The chicken & waffles embody the American comfort and a touch of surprising sweetness, while the lamb skewers highlight the Mediterranean freshness and African spices, showcasing my commitment to bold, authentic flavors. Both dishes perfectly encapsulate the fusion of cultures that defines SNhealthyfood, offering a delightful and memorable experience.

Chef Sekine Ndiaye is a highly accomplished culinary professional based in the New York metropolitan area, known for delivering refined, restaurant-quality dining experiences through creativity, precision, and global influence.

 

 

With a strong foundation in some of New York City’s most respected kitchens, Chef Sekine has worked in high-quality and Michelin-recognized environments, including Minetta Tavern and the renowned French brasserie Pastis. These experiences have shaped his discipline, technique, and unwavering commitment to excellence at the highest level.

 

He later advanced into leadership, serving as Executive Chef at The Standard, High Line, where he oversaw kitchen operations, menu development, and team leadership while maintaining exceptional culinary standards.

 

Chef Sekine’s cuisine is a distinctive blend of American, French, Mediterranean, and African influences, combining bold flavors with refined techniques. His cooking reflects both his professional training and personal heritage, resulting in dishes that are elegant, vibrant, and memorable.
